Community Name: Lake Pointe, located just off of Bee Caves Road (aka 2244) and Resaca Blvd. in the West part of Austin.
Community Description and Highlights: There are two sections of Lake Pointe, one with very high end, large and exquisite estate homes, and one with lovely homes starting in the low $300's.
Homes in the luxury community start at $750,000 for a 4 bedroom home with 4000+ square feet built in the early 2000's. You can also find homes all the way up to just above $1 million for a brand new home with 5+ beds and the works. You have to see the photos on these homes to know what I'm talking about here. Another section of Lake Pointe also has homes priced from the mid $300's with 3500 square feet and built in the early 2000's, ranging up to the mid 400's for a little newer and a little bigger.
Close to great shopping, including the brand new Hill Country Galleria just a few minutes away.
